city health

every city reverberates with a vibration and its determines the health of the city.for example the mumbai city is healthy as well as wealthy where as name bihar points out the deficiencies in the place that the people have woven into it.
the people their habits and their culture is what makes a city .we have moved from slow growing to a fast developed city without the concern for the ill effects it has on the bearings of city health.the modern man has the baton in his hands to change to course of the tide and make it healthy.
what time is the best time for getting health,?
people say 6 o clock but it is usually the time when city is already invaded by the smog filled trucks and the slum dwellers are up and awake to answer their nature calls by the side of the road.so also the rich mens dogs are making the footpaths their shit ground.so it must be presumed that it is not the best time to have the breathe of fresh air.early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.according to the pundits then 4 am is the best time of the day to take in fresh air . to be continued....


most well cultured persons will have common ailments affecting them in one way or the other.the issue of subclinical diabetes is well documented.it is a iceberg phenomenon.so what is the true picture of the population affected is still under water.so we do not have clear picture.another mention must be to the higher diastolic pressure of the younger generation.no wonder that the incidence of high blood pressure is declaring its presence in a younger lot in form of heart attacks.

a host of other ailments which needs to be evaluated.worked upon.with a single breathe of fresh air we take in lot of pollutants .asthma cases are on rise so is also the incidence of sleepless ness.it is a vicious circle.more sleeplessness more is the hypertension.

speaking of city health ,it is the individual health on the deteriorating path down stream.health i mean is including the mental health and social health.incidences of sucidal tendancies and road accidents are on increase.so is also stress level.there is no end to the demands of human mind and with every new demand a new one crops up.this attitute of want stress and bad habits is causing many a mortality or morbidity.frequent ill nesses and inability to cope up with rising demands leading to reduction in work man force.thsi very factor of increasing stress leading to increase in demands is forcing many number of doctors to seek solace in bad habits like tabacco.others might argue that doctors are the elitest section of the society and well learned too then why is he taking the solace of cigarrette and tabacco.i interviewed many a doctor friends and asked them this very question as to why does he smoke.the answer is not that he doesnot know about the side effects of tabacco but he is cramped up in somuch stress that he considers tabacco as the last option.it is this false belief that is forcing the man to glue himself to bad habits.then a time comes when he isaddicted to it and he never cares about long term effects of the same despite of knowing well in advance that the habits are bad.for his physical health as well as mental health.


gradually over a period of time they are caught unawares by CONSTIPATION.so much so that if he doesnot take a pack of cigarrette or tabacco he cannot pass his stools freely.other asssociated ailments also affect them and we find that these very elite crowd has got acidity and constipation. after some time they usually manifest with a heart disease .his days are spent in taking antacid and laxatives.

like this whole body reaction to various stress manifests in number of ailments.
added to this we find lazyness and lack of adequate exercise will add to already issue of this bigger monster lurking behind the bush.
