Team work and Heart

heart surgery is a team work effort.single handedly any job undertaken cannot achieve its destination unless there is team effort from whole team.

suppose the team is not cohesive with the surgeon in patient management ,the outcome is not good in patient's favour.


any untoward incidence can take place in day to day practise of cardiac surgery.

the entire team should be well equipped to handle the emergency without any hinderances.
it should be smooth sailing for the patient as well as team.

the good outcome of the patient is our goal. there should be a leader in a given situation and all others should follow his or her directives regardless of the their current status without any reluctance.

there is a tendency when two human minds are involved in a situation the solution lies in sharing of work adequately .sharing of available resources to meet demands is the most viable option rather than burning own fingers in the process,just to prove supremacy.

any procedure can be undertaken single handedly also shared with the team mates.if a given situation is handled single handedly ,in long run it can prove disastrous for his  health.

protocol based approach to any problem can reduce the stress and ambiguity in any given situation .
