stress: a natural killer

yoga and meditation

role of yoga is crucial in controlling many factors leading to heart related ailments.meditation can bring down the stress harmones and create a balance in well being of the person.it gives a new sense of direction and peacefulness to the mental being. the body gets charged physically after routine practise of yoga.there are few yogas which can be done easily and by anyone anywhere.deep breathing excercises or pranayam as they are known can open up the individual to lots of avenues .it enhances the activity of the body and achieves co herence in action. there are lot of activity going on in the mind.like a storm over the seas.waves are rusting crumbling on the surface but under neath it is vast serene and still.one can wonder if the mind is also same .a cobweb of emotional thoughts are playing in the mind of any individual.meditation silences the thought process and tries to bring still ness in thought.infact it achieves a state of non doing . suns rays are dispersed in universe but if we gather together the sun rays by a convex lense and project it on a piece of paper the paper burns.such is the power of concentration.by meditation also we can make the mind work in a single manner with out any interference from the surrounding disturbances.

diet practises

diet forms an integral part of day to day activity.
satiety is a matter looked into recently.and having a satiety slow meal diet can work wonders..enjoy each bite and relish the taste of the food.
it has been documented that people who get overweight easily are very voracious eaters and they continue to stuff their tummy even after there is lot of food stuff in there.
in short develop a satiety and be satisfied.
just because you love the food doesnot imply you gorge on it.
brain has a satiety center which causes it to send signal to brain that it is alraeedy full and there is no need of any further bite
most restrictions are commonly displayed in the society particularly if you have undergone a heart surgery.
rome was not built in a day.so word of advice will be begin young.
cultivate the good eating habits and encourage healthy diet plan on dinning table.
contrary to the popular belief,a healthy diet can taste as good as any other meal and have a good out look on overall health.
dieticians are a plenty but still lot goes into cultivating diet suited to each and every patient.there is no one solution for every same problem of different individuals.one size doesnot fit all.
but the general guidlines can be
avoid oils and polished grains.
prefer lots of salads.
a diet rich in fruits raw at that can taste delicious.
i would like to share beautiful receipes for healthy traw diet which we can make as a routine at least once a week to start with.
oil can be replaced with essential oil such as olive oil.
though a costly affair but can prove beneficial in long run.
there should not be doubt about foodstuffs which constitute fast foods is a big no!

ignited minds

when the mind is covered with ice of pessimission and all the routes for success are jammed there is a way out.be in the company of brave souls and vibrant people.the dull minds too get ignited.

join a group or someone who can echo your ideas and reverberate with enthusiasm.all the negativities get absorbed and a new avenue opens up.see all the things happening and life boat sails in breezing winds.

make a pact with like minded persons in your reach and just be.and see the difference.

acceptance

the universal law of equal and like forces repel is equally true in life.
the more you repel any situation it would have same effect on you personally in another way.so the more you try to avoid a particular situation more it creates hurdles in your path.and you end up frustated and tired.
only if we learn to accept the changes ,that God creates for us,the more closer we get to the goal we are seeking in life.so instead of resisting new transformations ,we should learn to accept the new situations some individuals have the habit of turning down whatever the universe offers to them.they have kept the receptors off from receiving the beautiful things which the universe is there to offer them.and above all its free. free for everyone to access the knowledge in this universe.
